We have a strict no return policy.


We have a 30-day exchange policy on apparel orders only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We are currently not processing international orders.

To be eligible for a exchange, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@tweedytoughfit.page. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No exchange will be issued for lost, abandoned, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed, or refused shipments. We ship orders to the address provided and are not responsible for packages after they are shipped. If you have not received your package, please check the tracking number you received. If the tracking numbers list the package as delivered and you still haven't received it, please follow up with your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
